Named after our bold and refreshing dog, Ipa, our 11-acre plot of peace has been our home here in Lebanon, Maine, since 2015. Over the years, while attending the many music festivals nearby, we would always spot the house right next door to the grounds and say, “Man, how great would it be to live next door to your favorite festival?!”
What was once just a dream has quickly become our reality: owning our very own music venue. Here, you’ll arrive as strangers and leave as family. We hope to see you all soon when you come home to Ipa Acres.
And as always, we’ll leave the love light on for you.
Pig Pen said it was okay.
